Welcome to our website.    ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE REGARDLESS OF STATUS. USE SEARCH ENGINES TO FIND PROPERTIES AVAILABLE. Hidden Creek Management rents primarily to FAMILIES and PROFESSIONALS, but have a some student rentals.  

STUDENTS APPLICANTS LOOKING FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES FOR FALL SEMESTER 2012, PLEASE CONSIDER THE ITEMS BELOW:  

• properties available NOW may not be available for the 2012 Fall school year. We will rent these properties sooner than later.
• Current tenants have first option to renew their lease and are required to commit by December 31, 2011. Therefore in January we will know which properties will be available for following school year
• Any properties that say "not student accommodations" are not negotiable for students.
• Drive-by the rental first to be sure that the location and exterior of the property meet your criterial, THEN, contact the office to set an appointment to view the interior. Please be aware of current tenants privacy. 
  

ALL POTENTIAL APPLICANTS, please consider the items below.

• PETS are not considered for most properties. However, for the properties that consider pets: Pet Priviledge Fee is $250 (non-refundable) and $25 per month/per pet. 
•  $25 application processing fee. To be considered, each applicant is to provide a good rental reference(s) and/or an acceptible credit score and/or a co-signer with an acceptible credit score.
  
• Drive-by the properties intereseted in first to be sure the location and surroundings meet your criteria.
  
• We require to meet potential applicants at our office prior to showing properties for safety and security reasons. We are located at 148 Realty Row, Boone, NC 28607 (off Hwy 105 Extension).
